Prompt Service I recently had an emergency last minute service request at South Bank. I needed to have my rad replaced as I was heading top SW Ontario the next day. I recently had an emergency last minute service request at South Bank. I needed to have my rad replaced as I was heading top SW Ontario the next day. Both Dean Martin and Dustin Lemay were of great help. Dean took my call at 7:30 in the morning saying to come on in and they'd fit me in. Amazing customer service from mike Paul and jenna My experience at south bank dodge was incredible. Paul curry and mike Thomas were wonderful. Paul set me up with the perfect Jeep at a great price and My experience at south bank dodge was incredible. Paul curry and mike Thomas were wonderful. Paul set me up with the perfect Jeep at a great price and easy payment plan. I have a very busy work schedule and mike brought the Jeep all the way to my work in Barr haven so I could test drive it and see if I liked it. I really felt good about this dealership because Paul and mike went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I the customer was truly happy with my purchase. After testing the vehicle mike explained all the features etc of the Jeep and answered all my questions. He truly was very kind and treated me like a friend or family member. Paul and mike both made this experience very easy for me and I would highly reccomend Southbank to anyone looking for a vehicle. I’m very happy with my Jeep That they helped me pick. Within few days my vehicle was clean and plated and ready to go. When I went to pick it up Jenna was smiling and did a full walk around and gave me the keys. Pleasure to buy from SouthBank! We just bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Southbank. Moe was awesome to work with. His knowledge of the products was exceptional and he really helped us We just bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Southbank. Moe was awesome to work with. His knowledge of the products was exceptional and he really helped us get to know the car on our test drives. Moe set us up with Ernesto to finalize our deal since Moe was out of the office the evening we came in and Ernesto made the buying process straight-forward and fair. We wanted a colour that SouthBank didn't have. No problem! Ernesto and team made sure they got just what we wanted. Rami in finance gave us all our options for extended warranty, etc. and set up the 0% financing. Very easy to work with. When we picked up the car, it was ready to go, Moe transferred our license plates from the trade, gave us a final orientation of the Jeep and we were on our way. Unfortunately, we got halfway home and found that the sun roof was stuck (we found out later it needed a recalibration procedure). We called Moe and he instructed us to head back in. When we got there, Moe wasn't immediately available but we met Kyle in the parking lot and he went above and beyond to help us out and get a service technician out to correct the problem. Top marks, Kyle! Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Southbank to anyone! More
