I had to go 3 times to the dealership to finally get my van fixed because of my bussy schedule and the parts had to be ordered and of course short sta I had to go 3 times to the dealership to finally get my van fixed because of my bussy schedule and the parts had to be ordered and of course short staff due to summer vacations. The guys in the service department worken hard to do the best they could to be helpfull. I had a lot of repairs to do on my Grand Caravan and verry little money, as most people with a mortgage and family. Southbank worked with my budget and got all the repairs done to make sure my van was safe to drive for me, my wife and 3 kids. In fact they went far above any expectations I had. They managed to fix a persistent problem I had with the van for years that other dodge deleaships could not fix. I recommend this place to everyone. More
