South pointe Toyota cares If you are not satisfied they will do their best to make sure that you are. Within reason of course. But when I expressed that I was not happy they If you are not satisfied they will do their best to make sure that you are. Within reason of course. My experience in the past with other Toyota dealer, I service and high quality knowledge from Mike Popovic, he deserves way more than five stars. My experience in the past with other Toyota dealer, I was about to give up even if I have been owning Toyota for almost 20 years with no issues. I decided to go to South Pointe and see how they treat people and to check on the service department. I was impressed the way they do things, I could talk about it all day. I wasn't going to replace my older vehicle but for what I have seen, at the end I bought a new vehicle and on top of it I will bring my 2014 highlander that I bought at another dealer to them. I had no surprises when I bought my vehicle. In all the vehicle I bought, this is the first time I had an advisor to call me to see how I like my new vehicle and see if I had any issues. I'm not an easy customer and I even test them, they received an A++. The last thing, they have the best dash cam on the market, with a perfect installation, you won't see any wires. I'm proud to be one of their customer. More

Be aware of this and choose another dealership for parts and service or you will overpay VS other dealerships. A required part was on my work order for $360 and it needed to be ordered. I felt this to be overly expensive, so while I waited for the part to arrive and for my scheduled appointment, I went to Canyon Creek Toyota to check their pricing. I was quoted $225 for the exact same part. When I questioned South Pointe Toyota about their pricing - the guy at the parts department said: "I guess it's like anything - you should shop around" That's exactly what I did and saved 50% at Canyon Creek Toyota. Don't take my word for it - get a second quote and you will see for yourself. More
