What's the point Sales staff is extremely unprofessional. I attempted to make an appointment for simple tire exchange for tires on pre mounted rims. Was told there wa Sales staff is extremely unprofessional. I attempted to make an appointment for simple tire exchange for tires on pre mounted rims. Was told there was availability but that they would need my car all day. I'm sorry but that's not availability then it should be a quick in and out appointment. The guy rudely said I could get in line with the 40 other cars that would be waiting. Um no. How about if you are to over booked to do a timely tire exchange you don't offer me an appointment!!! When I said I didn't want to book it in that case he hung up me. Really professional More

Although the second time we've dealt with him there was a mishap with the accounting department for pricing issue, Mike stayed true to his word that he will take care and fix the issue.
