My experience in the past with other Toyota dealer, I was about to give up even if I have been owning Toyota for almost 20 years with no issues. I decided to go to South Pointe and see how they treat people and to check on the service department. I was impressed the way they do things, I could talk about it all day. I wasn't going to replace my older vehicle but for what I have seen, at the end I bought a new vehicle and on top of it I will bring my 2014 highlander that I bought at another dealer to them. I had no surprises when I bought my vehicle. In all the vehicle I bought, this is the first time I had an advisor to call me to see how I like my new vehicle and see if I had any issues. I'm not an easy customer and I even test them, they received an A++. The last thing, they have the best dash cam on the market, with a perfect installation, you won't see any wires.
