I had a positive experience with South Pointe Toyota though. Mike Popovic was easy to work with and patient with us as it took a while between when we took our first test drive and we bought. Mike is someone I would buy from again and recommend to friends or family. We also felt very comfortable with the finance person, Robert Chapman. After the documents were signed and they had our money, Robert and Mike provided great service getting us into our vehicle, thanks gentlemen. I have yet to take it in for service, but South Pointe has been good so far. More

It is freezing cold here now, and I can't plug in my car; I would have made alternative plans if someone had informed me this, but no one did. I had to find out when I spent this morning hunting for the cord in -40 conditions. Called to ask about this, and they said it isn't our fault. More

After being a previous customer in this location we were treated completely the opposite of what we were expecting. We came there looking for a 2018 Toyota Sienna but were pointed towards the 2017. A couple of hours later we wanted to leave and told them we would think about it. They pressured us to make a deposit of $1000. Before we pickup of the vehicle we did not really want we finally had the guts to say no and said we really wanted the 2018. The salesman told us to stop wasting his time. When the final manager told us we should leave their building and we can’t get our deposit back. They didn’t even talk to us professionally. They certainly don’t know what customer service is. To all buyers NEVER TRUST THEIR WORDS. Also, todd dunbar was so pathetic that he waited us outside their building and shouted at us. To first time buyers or anyone who’s planning to buy a car BE AWARE AND BE VERY CAREFUL they are very DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL. Every customer or clients should be treated with respect and patience. Because we are purchasing a car worth thousands of dollars; we should be treated with respect to choose a car what we really like. To these impertinent employees corey fudge, todd dunbar and elbert don’t imposed that your time is important coz its your job to deal with customers!!! Getting really good deal and fair moneys for my old beater trade was a breeze, and he and his managers also gave me free oil changes for life! All I can say is that this was the best car purchase experience for me, and crossing from north to south part of town was well worth the drive and my time. He also took good chunk of time to do delivery himself and explain most important features to me like gps and blue tooth, which only added value to my already excellent experience. Thank you Mike.
