Really bad -Dont go there Me and my husband were car shopping last weekend ,we were looking to buy a Toyota highlander we had a budget in mind around 30000 -32000 ,we didnt wa Me and my husband were car shopping last weekend ,we were looking to buy a Toyota highlander we had a budget in mind around 30000 -32000 ,we didnt want to finance it we wanted to instead trade in our 2011 Grand Cherokee overland and pay rest by cash ,Well we met Carl (lease manager there )he handed us a excel sheet stating choose something in Ur budget ,Well we were looking for options he could give us !!!!!,We told him we were interested in Highlander,well he appraised our vehicle and said that it would be around 15 000 ,and well lets not waste our time and his time (in short we were not gonna buy anything he assumed and waste his precious time ,well if he was a good salesman he could have shown us a Toyota rav 4 but i guess he is very busy man .... Dean at the finance department help us get a good interest rate.The customer service was the best we ever experience. Even after we bought the car they were always there to help. Horrific Service and Unethical Behaviour I had purchased a brand new vehicle at South Pointe Toyota in 2015 and receive free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I normally take my vehic I had purchased a brand new vehicle at South Pointe Toyota in 2015 and receive free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I normally take my vehicle to another Toyota dealership for all of my service and oil changes. A few weeks ago I decided to have my routine oil change done at South Pointe as it was more convenient. The service clerk told me that I needed $585 worth of "other" service if I wanted the free oil change. I could not just get the free oil change. I refused and the very next day went back to the other Toyota dealership I had been dealing with. They gladly changed my oil at no charge and told me that I had no other maintenance that needed to be done at this time. South Pointe Toyota should be ashamed! They are scam artists to say the very least. I have passed this story along to as many people as I can in the hopes that others will not be scammed by this organization. Completely unethical!!! More
Crooks taking advantage of customer problem I am Toyata customer and I had this recent experience with them where I had to transfer my lease to personal name as company is closed and by the time I am Toyata customer and I had this recent experience with them where I had to transfer my lease to personal name as company is closed and by the time I realised that it had to get transferred before registration renewal it was only two days left. I approached to a finance person (Dean) and he agreed to do it and told me there is $ 420/ charge and I agreed. When I went to office Dean was not in office so I talked to a person who was there, his name is Ronan and explained him my situation, realizing that I was in urgent need he increase the fee and now told me fee will be $525/-. I decided to wait for Dean and when he came to office he made all paper work showing fee of $420/- and asked me to get relevant papers. When I came back with papers he told me since I have talked to Ronan and Ronan is his boss he will have to charge the fee he says. Now he charged me the fee of $710/- including gst. Is this not a loot. Now I realised the toyota credit has charged another $420/- to my account. So they charged total of $1150/- for no reason. I had same lease as before, I am honoring the lease even though the company is closed and then these xxxxx do this kind of treatment with customers. I am not going to buy toyota in my life again. They are such a disgrace for customer service. And letting them know of your problem makes it even worse. I am looking for advise as to how to get my $720/- back, which I paid extra. More

Liars and Crooks Have been a Toyota customer for 12+ years and can't believe how they lie & steal. Went in to trade a RAV for a corolla to lower my monthly payment the Have been a Toyota customer for 12+ years and can't believe how they lie & steal. Went in to trade a RAV for a corolla to lower my monthly payment then hated the Corolla so wentbin to talk and found out I'm STILL paying the RAV out on my Corolla payment!!! This is information not provided to me at the time I was looking to trade my RAV. Salesman Craig Taylor is especially shifty, a liar and crook who won't tell the truth if it means it makes him a sale. I will never purchase a Toyota again because of my experience here. Buyer beware, ask a lot of questions if you're considering a vehicle from here because they sure won't offer you the truth. More

Basically the car was not even in the shop yet . My husband was furious about it , when he told the service advisor Melissa we need to go a wedding at 3, her respond was “ you never tell me about it “ and no apologize, no sorry , it’s like is our fault that the car didn’t get done in 2 hours . Attitude from the new service advisor sucks . Dealing with this dealer since they open , use to be excellent service , but the last 2 times dealing with Melissa , has nothing good to say about her . She has absolutely no customer service skills . More
Last Minute Paperwork Scam I purchased a 2017 Rav4 and traded in a vehicle on that purchase. The trade-in vehicle had ~$1k of hail damage, which I had estimated through insuran I purchased a 2017 Rav4 and traded in a vehicle on that purchase. The trade-in vehicle had ~$1k of hail damage, which I had estimated through insurance but never claimed/repaired. This was discussed at the time of negotiating the trade-in value. We agreed to a price for the Rav4 and trade-in and signed the deal. When it came time to pick-up the Rav4 and hand in the trade-in vehicle, I completed the paperwork and was about to get the keys when I was asked to sign an additional form. This form was a waiver stating that I was authorizing South Pointe Toyota to repair the vehicle through my insurance and that I would be responsible for the deductible associated with that claim. Obviously, I refused to pay the deductible as this had not been discussed at any time prior. Mike ultimately agreed but this took a lot of back-and-forth. Mike then has the audacity to ask if I'd give them a 10/10 if called by head office. I explained how i was disappointed with the 'surprise' form and tactics. I regret not walking away and going to another dealership with a higher level of integrity. The vehicle has been great - just not the sales experience. More
