He answered all of our questions and more! He invited us to come over for a visit, he would be ready for us. We got there and were greeted by Saffi -- As pleasant in person as on the phone! He made our decision well-thought-out and reasonable. He took our Offer to someone? behind a closed door. We only met with Saffi, which in the end was fine with us. The Deal was accepted after a couple of back-and-forths. We were then introduced to Michaela (Business Office)-- she is the definition of efficiency.
