If this survey was based on the sales process only, the first 4 questions would have received a "Great." The purchasing process was very pleasant and it would be very difficult to find an individual that w first 4 questions would have received a "Great." The purchasing process was very pleasant and it would be very difficult to find an individual that was as attentive to our needs as Mr. Radenkovic. Having said that, our experience with the service department hasn't been quite as pleasant. This is the first domestic vehicle that we have purchased in 18 years mainly because it was difficult to accept the poor quality maintenance service at domestic dealerships. While I have only visited the dealership 4 times for service because the 2012 Journey is only 12 months old, sadly I haven't been impressed. For the most part, it's all about attitude and the "I don't really care" impressions telegraphed by said attitude. We will continue to have the vehicle serviced at Lockwood for 1 or 2 more times; however, if we continue to be dissatisfied we will have service done elsewhere. A few years ago my husband and I were just browsing at some new vehicles when we were introduced to Alanna. Immediately we both knew she would be our salesperson if we were to buy a vehicle. We found Alanna to be extremely nice and down to earth. She was very patient with our 100 questions and would always find the answer for us if she didnt know right then. She hustled and work very hard "for us" in always giving us the best price around. We have since bought 2 brand new vehicles from her and will continue to. We never found her rushing us or trying to convince us to buy something we didn't want. Alanna is a great all around person who has gained and earned our trust and business.
