I wanted to make an appointment to see a use vehicle, but I could not make it in until after the current weekend. I had asked Mike to give me a call on the following Monday if the car was still available. He did and we made an appointment. When I got to the dealership, Mike was not there because of a flat tire, and that is when I met Andrew Mcnish. Andrew was one of the nicest people to deal with. We loved the car and asked Andrew to get the process in gear. That is when we met another super nice person named, Michaela. She went through all our options and was not pushy about anything. Each person I encountered always had a smile on their face. Keep up the great work. The only thing on the negative side and it was a minor thing... was the cleanliness of the vehicle. I was professionally greeted by Saffi upon my arrival, he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the product he was selling. He was able to find me the truck I wanted equipped the way I wanted it. After a short 2 weeks my truck was there, we added a spray in bed liner and step bars. Even when I picked it up Saffi went a step further and gave me a walk through of all the new features and helped me understand the Uconnect. Saffi shares in your excitement of purchasing a new vehicle, A+ experience with him by your side, I have since my purchase sent my brother to go buy a truck from him also. We returned to purchase and being a used vehicle we knew there might be problems with it but was assured they would be repaired and they were. I received a call from Eric the following day after picking up the Jeep and I advised there was a vibration and he insisted I bring it back to get checked. I returned a week later for the vibration and again Eric took care of making the service appointment for me. Again very happy with the after sales service.
