brutal customer relations. "I am not asking for an explanation on how you are misunderstanding what was sent to you, my question was rhetoric. Really did not expect or want a reply/response." I would steer clear of this dealership. Although i am not privy to any internal follow up with employees, the responses i got from his superiors never address what i consider his poor customer interaction however given his last name, i wonder if he is related to the owners. I would be concerned with doing business with any company who has this sort of employee in any direct customer contact. **edit** I forgot to mention that I have used this dealership once to buy a vehicle and have been a loyal customer of their service since approx. 2003 which clearly further speaks volumes and i think may add more weight to the sincerity of my disgust with their customer service.
