I was insilted terribly by Arash Akhlaghi the fixed director that my body was shaking for about 45 min. He insulted me and told me I explained 17,000 times my car problems! I was well taken care of by Corrine in the service department at Signature Mazda. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15am and they were right on time, I didn't have to wait.
