A Long overdue service call for my Mazda speed 3 Hello , my name is Frank Modenese and just recently brought my baby in for a long overdue servicing . Right from the get up and go , the representativ Hello , my name is Frank Modenese and just recently brought my baby in for a long overdue servicing . Right from the get up and go , the representatives from the service bay were extremely courteous and made me feel very welcome.i.I explained what I wanted done and what to check for so we proceeded with some paperwork and boom it was done . My car is a 2012 Mazda speed 3 , a fairly rare car so it was in my best interest to have it looked after by the professionals. For the work that had to get done ,the car couldn't of ended up in a better place, sure it may have cost a bit more but the end result is knowing that the right people worked on my car . When I got car back it was like driving it for the first time , I literally had to educate myself on how to drive the car 'Wow!. I also called the service manager to tell him thank you for looking after me the way they did and to let the technical mechanic know how much I appreciate the job well done . In closing , all the people at Signature Mazda at the auto mall in Richmond BC are fantastic ,and yes absolutely I'll go back , so if you're thinking about doing business with this dealership , I would say go and enjoy the experience.
