Walter was my service advisor today, and he was professional, honest and communicated well. Dennis and Dominic were excellent to deal with. We had a problem with the vehicle we had to get to Richmond Thursday and in turn we needed a friend to come pick us up in Merritt and then drive us t We had a problem with the vehicle we had to get to Richmond Thursday and in turn we needed a friend to come pick us up in Merritt and then drive us to Richmond and your dealership. With the mechanical problem it made us late for our appointment at 1:15 to have our winter tires/wheels installed on our cx50. We kept Dennis informed as to what was happening and when we would be there. He was able to book us in for a later time. And was willing to wait until we got there and helped us as much as he could even though it was his day off and he had a family gathering to get too. Dominic then willingly help us when Dennis was no longer able to stay. And the insurance agent- I forget his name- was more than accommodating even though it was late in the afternoon and it was a busy day for him. Everyone went beyond what we expected. We will highly recommend Signature Mazda to all of our friends, especially if they are in the market for a Mazda. More
