Bought my brand new suv from Kein, would 100% buy from him again he made the process as fast and easy as he could. He was friendly even spent the time to make my littles feel special. I would give below one star if possible. I was returning customer. I placed an order for a vehicle and I was quoted price for my vehicle. After one month when my vehicle arrived they tried to lower my vehicle price by almost 8k. Now they will be selling my vehicle at a much higher price. I hope there is some sort of regulation for these people. More

If I could give a 0 star I would. We have had issues with Santafe Plugin Hybrid since new. Every time we have gone in they claim to not be able to get any information from the vehicle for the engine light and would need it to be on to diagnose. Today the light came on again. We took the vehicle their immediately to have at least the code checked. We were turned away due to them being booked all day. It only takes a couple fo minutes to pull a code but they were not even willing to do that. They suggested we leave the vehicle so they could get it in at sometime today. The code would have been gone and we would be in the same position. After speaking with the service manager Seamus, it was evident that they were not going to help us at all. I called Southtown Hyundai and explained the exact situation and the frustration with the poor quality customer service. They told me that even thought they were booked as well, they would take us in to at the very least pull the codes. Will never go back to Sherwood Park Hyundai for service again. Worst experience and customer service I have had with a car dealership. More
