Annie was amazing, kind and helpful. She even helped me with my heavy car seats. The only con I found during my time here, was I really had to question the complimentary car wash. If it wasn't for the lines indicating the spray had happened, I would have called and asked what happened about that. There are still bug guts, bird poop, and grime all over. Not really complimentary if it wasnt truly washed well and I still have to go and get it through a different car wash to clean off the bug guts and bird poop; this was disappointing to experience after feeling exited that I can knock off car wash from my To-Do list. Now, I still have to get my car washed. More
