While at the dealership, once price had already been worked out, they tried to add an extra $1000 for new tires that were “already installed”. I refused this add-on and they included them in the price, which was great. But once I had the vehicle checked out at a local tire shop after delivery, the tires were proven to not be new at all, weird to see weather cracks on brand new tires……. I have attempted to contact the salesperson, sales manager, and dealership manager but no one will return my calls or messages. More
