Purchased a used vehicle from this Auto Canada dealership under 2 weeks ago, numerous times through the sales process there was discussions around the inspections done, leaks fixed, and an email from the de under 2 weeks ago, numerous times through the sales process there was discussions around the inspections done, leaks fixed, and an email from the dealer principal himself that they sell quality and reliable vehicles prior signing papers. Car sold lasted 3 days and a very minor amount of kms and the engine started to show signs over heating, leaks on the engine that were not fixed nor disclosed. Very disappointed that a national dealership such as Auto Canada won't stand behind their product they sold, especially after receiving an email from the dealer principal that they hold their reputation high for selling quality and reliable vehicles. We have purchased all our previous vehicles from comparable dealerships, if there was any issues the dealership stood behind their product. Use a high level of caution when purchasing from this dealership, don't make the same mistake I did and put trust in their reputation. More

Dealt with Sam Handous who had posted a vehicle on Facebook Marketplace at $13,895. I asked him about inspection history and standard vehicle questions. I was told that an inspection would be coming, and the following day checked in. Was told it still hadn’t been done. At one point I was told that rest assured any safety issues would be taken care of in the inspection. Vehicle was listed at $15,000 on the website, but listed on marketplace at $13,895. I made an offer of $13,000 plus doc fee of $500 for a total of $13,500 with the understanding that inspection would take place and any issues of safety would be taken care of as Sam said. Following day, offer accepted via text. 30 mins later a follow up message saying inspection revealed work that needed to be done so they decided that the vehicle would be listed at $15,000. Sam stated that the price would need to be adjusted on our ‘deal’. I advised Sam that I knew the vehicle was listed at 15k before the inspection. Was told that a manager would follow up after the weekend. No follow up call from the assistant manager, so I reached out to Sam. He stated they were too busy to call and that the dealership moved price to $15k and a deposit was put on it at that price. This dealership didnt even have the decency to call and discuss my accepted offer or options to move forward. Neither Sam or the manager could be bothered and tried to find a new buyer. Horrible customer service, shady business dealings with pricing, and a lack of any communication after an ‘accepted deal’ trying to play games and then ignore potential client completely. I'd expect this type of behavior from a backyard dealer but Hyundai should be ashamed at this level of service and blatant lies. Complete lack of professionalism from this dealership and sales/management staff. Be well aware when dealing with this type of dealer. More
