Service on this occasion was good but after the visit before about 2yrs ago, I think, I was treated very poorly by service. After that I vowed never to buy another Hyundia. I needed a new wire harness pu before about 2yrs ago, I think, I was treated very poorly by service. After that I vowed never to buy another Hyundia. I needed a new wire harness put in which should have been done under warranty but they refused saying it wasn't covered. I have the platinum insurance program and it says in there it is covered. You may check on my past service to see what it was. He also claimed my warranty was run out but I didn't have my contract we me to prove him wrong. Until this has been corrected I am being very verbal to people who ask about my Santa fe, never to buy one from your dealership. So I went there for my flat tire issue. They fixed it 2 years ago and did both completed the repair. I paid 1500 for my tire warranty for this kind of service??? Worst customer service. Never ever in my life i will go for hyundai again. They just talk to you sweetly when they want to sell but when it comes to providing customer service they are worst. I was sitting there in cold and fever for 3 hours so that i can get the mess clear that was created by them. More

I originally came to Sherwood Park Hyundai for a simple oil change, which turned into a five-hour ordeal despite being scheduled for 11 a.m. I didn’t receive my car until 4 p.m., and had to repeatedly ask oil change, which turned into a five-hour ordeal despite being scheduled for 11 a.m. I didn’t receive my car until 4 p.m., and had to repeatedly ask for updates. When I finally brought it up to the service manager in person, his attitude was dismissive and unapologetic. He told me, “Well, we are here now,” showing no real accountability or concern. After sharing my honest experience in a review, the same service manager emailed me saying the dealership would rescind a previously offered free detail and oil change if I didn’t take the review down. I found this incredibly inappropriate—it felt like an attempt to silence me for speaking honestly. When I expressed how uncomfortable this made me, he doubled down, saying he saw “no benefit” in providing services to an “unhappy customer.” While I was told I could still use the oil changes I prepaid for at the time of purchase, I now feel bullied and completely uncomfortable returning to the dealership. I should not have to choose between my voice and my money. This experience has made it clear that honest feedback is not welcomed here—only silence in exchange for service.
