Hi there; I want to apologize about your poor experience here at Sherwood Park Hyundai. I was looking into your service records, and according to the last record, the issue you had with your vehicle was unable to be duplicated, unfortunately from here if we cannot duplicate the issue, we have no case to send into Hyundai Warranty. With that being said, next time you are noticing these concerns, please feel free to bring your vehicle into service at your convenience without an appointment and we will have a technician or the service manager take your vehicle for a test drive to try to correctly diagnose the issue. In regards to a loaner vehicle, you must have extended warranty, which I see that you do. How it works is that your vehicle needs to be in our shop not working for 24 hours, and then you are eligible for a rental vehicle, at no charge to you for up to five days while we repair the issue. I hope I have answered any loose ends you might have, and have helped you to want to return to Sherwood Park Hyundai as your business is important to us.
