I have to say that Hyundai's pricing for there vehicles is very resonable considering all of the options that you are able to get I am very satisfied with the price I paid with everything I have gotten with my brand new Tucson. I personally would highly recommend Joshua to family and friends to purchase from him. Amazing experience buying a used vehicle! Buying a 2nd vehicle for our family was posing to be a tricky feat as we were quite cost prohibited and had some specific criteria required. Literally seconds after exiting our vehicle Savin on sales approached us in a friendly and personable manner, introduced us (committed our names to memory) and got to work helping us get into a used car. I loved that he provided a plethora of objective, evidenced based research about the vehicle we were interested in and was extremely knowledgeable. He never tried to upsell us and was incredibly respectful. Savin went above and beyond to accommodate and assist us in any way he could. This experience was wonderful. Dealing with Savin and Doug in financing was a refreshing breath of fresh air, and quite frankly, effortless. I am so happy, relieved and grateful for this perfect sale! More

Both managers Scott and Doug came through with their promises to have the car fit with new tires, windshield, oil change and detail. I'm still waiting for one of the wheels to be fixed but have complete faith that they will come through. Overall it was a painless and very well managed process. I would definetly see their site again for future purchases. More
poor service I enjoyed buying my 2016 Hyundai Sonata from Sherwood Park Hyundai however the follow up service has been poor. At 24,000 klm they called me for an oi I enjoyed buying my 2016 Hyundai Sonata from Sherwood Park Hyundai however the follow up service has been poor. At 24,000 klm they called me for an oil change (I have VIP oil change so it is free), the person on the phone told be I should get a "Service 3" done which would cost $350.00 minus the oil change, which I agreed to. When I took my car in they explained the service but did not tell me the cost had jumped to $529.00 and then they found the front brake rotors needed work which I am not sure why that would not be covered under warranty at 24,000 klm. In the end the cost was $669.00 which made my jaw drop when I went to pay the bill (they charge 13% for shop charges to keep the lights going). I complained but was told there nothing that could be done. I complained to Hyundai Canada and asked for the VIP oil changes to be refunded which they said no. I call the General Manager who did not return my calls. I can't take my car somewhere if I am not told about how much the cost is, also I am still not sure what they did for all that money. I won't buy another Hyundai and I also will not go back for service to the dealer even if my oil changes are covered. Brian More
