Customer service Car not done when I was told it would be. I was at the dealership within 5 minutes of the call letting me know my car was ready. Got to the dealership to wait 25 minutes to pay my bill and pick up my car! All staff walking by me too busy to ask if I need help. The service guy that I dealt with in the morning was busy talking about tires and different dealerships while I stood and waited!!
