The reception was pleasant and professional, but I never did see anybody who was out or related to speak to me about my vehicle. When I had my last oil changed, there was a technician there who went over th did see anybody who was out or related to speak to me about my vehicle. The service advisor Michelle was a very poor experience. She didn’t even call me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle or when it was ready to be picked up.
