Worst service I have ever received. Would not recommend this dealership unless you would like to get screwed over. Vehicle was towed to the lot in July. At one point when I called and asked to speak to a manager to get answer I was told no manager would speak to me today. Engine was gone. Hyundai only warrantied parts of the engine with only 138,000km. Picked up my Santa Fe after 4 months… battery was completely dead. It would not hold a charge at all. Had to replace battery in a parking lot as I was stranded with the inability to even the boost the car because it would not take a boost. Technician had to boost each time to move in and out of shop but was not communicated to me during the 4 months nor when I picked it up. When called the dealership , I was told I could have it towed to them and they would replace battery at my charge. Then after replacing battery check engine light came on . The check engine light was my camshaft which they would not warranty after supposedly rebuilding the motor. So within 20 minutes of having possession of my vehicle back after 4 months cost me $2600. The condescending responses by the advisor and service manager was not appreciated. Being without a vehicle for 7 weeks before Hyundai decided to warranty the engine which they didn’t actually do and only rebuilt parts of the engine and being told to just borrow one from a friend and asking the service advisor if he had lots of friends who would just loan a vehicle for weeks on end and being told yes. I’m happy that he has that ability to borrow a vehicle for unlimited timeline from friends but telling your customers that is very inappropriate. Overall lack of communication , condescending attitude and the lack of fixing a vehicle after 4 months with very little communication during the time period of having my vehicle and driving away from this dealership with a vehicle that left me stranded is very disappointing. I would not recommend getting your vehicle repaired or serviced at this dealership nor purchasing a Hyundai in the first place and especially from this dealership. More
