Great experience buying used vehicle! I had Brad McDonald on referral, and there was a reason he was referred. Because he got me into the vehicle with the options I wanted, as well as a truck with a lower price than what I initially told him. Overall, going to Sherwood dodge was the best decision for me to get a used truck. The guys in the finance department were great to deal with as well, they did not jerk me around. Told me straight up what the prices were. I appreaciated it, as a single home owner I did not have much wiggle room for pricing. Thanks guys! More

Outstanding Service I had initially lined up a deal at another dealership for a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Once I got into Sherwood Dodge and met with Brad, he gave me an i I had initially lined up a deal at another dealership for a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Once I got into Sherwood Dodge and met with Brad, he gave me an identical deal for a Jeep Cherokee Overland. Same price, much better features and model. He really hooked me up. And he didn't just stop there, he kept helping and adding in little perks along the way. Literally the most stress free dealing I've ever had at a dealership. He's a stand up dude and he'll really go to bat for you. And make sure you're getting the most bang for your buck. The positive attitude he has is pretty infectious as well. If you're looking for a new vehicle, this is the place to go and the guy to talk to! More

Recall in 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee shifter we brought our vehicle in for the shift recall at 9:00 am received a phone call vehicle would be ready between 2:30-3:00 it is now 4:02 and I am still we brought our vehicle in for the shift recall at 9:00 am received a phone call vehicle would be ready between 2:30-3:00 it is now 4:02 and I am still waiting apparently they are having trouble with the program information being corrupted as they just advised and gave me a flashlight as a gift for inconvenience fine BUT why call if vehicle was not ready or even close to being ready for pick up total waste of my time I do hope that I do not have any further issues. Finally done at 4:26 First service a disaster. More

What a potential rip off Took in my jeep, wind had taken my door and I couldn't close it so had to force it.. They wanted $3300 to replace the door and fender panel. To begin, I had almost purc This review is about customer retention and how Sherwood Dodge went above and beyond after getting off on the wrong foot. To begin, I had almost purchased a used vehicle from another dealer and phoned Sherwood Dodge as nothing more than a price check. Mark, the salesperson, was straightforward enough with me on the phone that I decided to go over for a test drive. He was friendly, honest, and to-the-point, but it was late in the day and so we took it overnight for a test drive. Here's where things began to go sideways. Came in the next day to purchase the vehicle, hadn't agreed on a price but we had agreed on the first two digits. Trace Thacker was the salesguy I dealt with that day, and to call him unprofessional would be an understatement. He lied and said the price discussed the day before would put them underwater on the vehicle and lowballed me on my trade.. Furthermore, he took my license for the paperwork and never gave it back, We left that day without buying anything. Mark called me the next day, pricing was back where it had been, trade was a respectable number and we closed the deal. End of story right? Wrong. I didn't have my license, Trace offered to bring it to my work and then never showed up. He hung up on me when I called him for an ETA. Driving back to Sherwood Dodge, I noticed a significant amount of smoke coming from the engine. All of the good feelings from the day before had vanished. Here is where Jordan Clarke entered the picture. From moment one when I had issues he said "It's a certified vehicle, we'll take care of you." Turned out the engine was blown. Previous owner had never done an oil change (pver 60,000km), and had disguised the issue when trading it in. Car dealers have a checkered reputation, and it hadn't all been sunshine and roses with the dealer up until now but I have to say that along every step of the way, Jordan was true to his word, looked out for my interests, and delivered on every promise over the following two months.as he diligently searched for a replacement vehicle. I was given high quality loaner cars the entire time I didn't have my own and when the car I ultimately bought came along the service department moved all of the upgraded components over from my previous purchase (remote starter, mats, running boards, and a brand new tow hitch) free of charge). Now the car was guaranteed. The dealership was obligated to repair the original car. But Jordan went so far above and beyond what was required of him that, until I closed the deal, I wasn't even sure I could believe it. Sherwood Dodge has most certainly kept me as a customer, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Just don't deal with Trace. More
