He was nothing but a class act from the first I bought a 2008 Mustang Saleen Convertible from Sherwood Park Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I dealt with Keith. He was nothing but a class act from the first conversation till the end when car was delivered. Once everything was agreed by both parties. He proceeded to arrange shipping to Toronto, Ontario... Great experience buying used vehicle! I had Brad McDonald on referral, and there was a reason he was referred. Because he got me into the vehicle with the options I wanted, as well as a t I had Brad McDonald on referral, and there was a reason he was referred. Because he got me into the vehicle with the options I wanted, as well as a truck with a lower price than what I initially told him. Overall, going to Sherwood dodge was the best decision for me to get a used truck. The guys in the finance department were great to deal with as well, they did not jerk me around. Told me straight up what the prices were. I appreaciated it, as a single home owner I did not have much wiggle room for pricing. Thanks guys! More

Once I got into Sherwood Dodge and met with Brad, he gave me an identical deal for a Jeep Cherokee Overland. Same price, much better features and model. He really hooked me up. And he didn't just stop there, he kept helping and adding in little perks along the way. Literally the most stress free dealing I've ever had at a dealership. He's a stand up dude and he'll really go to bat for you. And make sure you're getting the most bang for your buck. The positive attitude he has is pretty infectious as well. Recall in 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee shifter we brought our vehicle in for the shift recall at 9:00 am received a phone call vehicle would be ready between 2:30-3:00 it is now 4:02 and I am still we brought our vehicle in for the shift recall at 9:00 am received a phone call vehicle would be ready between 2:30-3:00 it is now 4:02 and I am still waiting apparently they are having trouble with the program information being corrupted as they just advised and gave me a flashlight as a gift for inconvenience fine BUT why call if vehicle was not ready or even close to being ready for pick up total waste of my time I do hope that I do not have any further issues. Finally done at 4:26 First service a disaster. More
