STAY AWAY! !! Well…..this is now my third review on this garbage dealership. Not only is their service department complete garbage, the finance manager Manny !! Well…..this is now my third review on this garbage dealership. Not only is their service department complete garbage, the finance manager Manny is quite possible one of the biggest liars I’ve ever met. He sold us a used VW Tiguan with the promise….PROMISE…that it would be worth what we paid a year later to trade it in; well we just went to trade it in and the vehicle depreciated by $15,000. That’s some strange math if you ask me. The service department repaired the tire that they sold us with a slow leak at no charge, which was nice minus the fact that it was a side wall repair which is illegal and dangerous. I’m grateful the tire only went flat in my garage and didn’t blow out with my child in the car and Sherwood Kia have that on their hands. If you haven’t read my previous review of this garbage company I would like to add they told us we were being given the friends and family treatment because we were referred by someone they highly respect and deal with often. Sherwood Kia must HATE their family because I certainly to lie to and put my families lives at risk. Simply put, you’d be better to put wheels on a cardboard box and drive that than buy anything from this dealership. More
