Had 2 Kia Sedona in 6 years with blown engines lost about $ 15000 on the first one and have 163000 km on a 2017 Kia Sedona that had all the proper maintenance had only $4800 left owing on the loan and about $ 15000 on the first one and have 163000 km on a 2017 Kia Sedona that had all the proper maintenance had only $4800 left owing on the loan and engine blew again. Was told it would cost $24000 for Kia to replace an engine. Was told my Van was now only worth $3000 and I would have to cover the $1800 left owing plus the cost of the used sportage I was looking at. Was made to feel like they were doing me a favour. No help from Kia for the blown engines in either van. Will never buy another Kia product again. Had been a customer of Kia since 2004 was my 5th Kia. Never Again! More

Third purchase from Kia Sherwood and couldn’t be more thrilled with my 2023 Kia Sportage. From Amin guiding me along the way and providing updates on the progress of ordering and figuring out trim level thrilled with my 2023 Kia Sportage. From Amin guiding me along the way and providing updates on the progress of ordering and figuring out trim level details (for a vehicle not yet in production and I had only seen preliminary reviews of it’s US cousin previewed at car shows) , to Scott (sales manager) ensuring we were being well looked after from start to finish, to Rob and Robbie in finance having things lined up in advance and making the financing easy, we had another great experience. Amin is super patient with my questions and concerns and goes the extra mile to explain the options and details. We also received top dollar for our trade in every time which makes it so much easier to take the leap and purchase a new car. I could not find another car that even came close in options and style in this price range and have become a dedicated Kia owner. More
