Oversized Toddler My experience didn't even deserve a star when it comes to dealing with Lee, one of the managers. Going to a dealership was a new experience, and I understand that you have to push a little to try and keep a customer and get their business but this was too far and too much for me. I wasn't impressed with my "great deal" regarding the purchase of a Chevy Trax. Dan was fine and great. Then in comes Lee. I was not happy with the numbers presented to me for payments, as my expectation was lower. I had even expressed what my comfortable top number was and what was presented to me was far from it. So I expressed myself, saying I was going to go and speak with my husband ( who was present and equally unimpressed) and figure out the next step. Of course the usual "Stay and look! Try this car" tactic was used. No thank you. I was no longer comfortable and being disappointed, didn't want to continue with the meeting. Lee kept asking "Why?" And I'd explain. Then "Why?" Again. And still pointed at numbers on the offer FAR from my comfort zone WHICH I ALREADY SAID EARLIER. Again, this was my first experience trying to buy from a dealership. As I repeated myself again, and Lee kept asking why, my husband was next to my saying " nope. Stop. Just stop" as he could tell I was getting uncomfortable. Finally I proclaimed that I was about to become upset and cry and was going to leave. "Well why?". That was it. I was done. Instead of being understanding, he came off like a toddler who only knows the word 'why'. I looked at my husband and said " You finish with them. I'm done. I'm out". I left and went to my truck as now my husband had to deal and explain they pushed me a little too far. I wasn't rude. I didn't scream, cry or curse. I just got up and left. I would of returned for my vehicle purchase if I had been made more comfortable and relieved a little understanding. I made it aware at the beginning that this was my first time buying from a dealership and I was nervous. My husband went in the next day to retrieve a $60 deposit fee to hold the vehicle in case I changed my mind. That day he spoke with Jake. I waited outside as I did not want a run in with Lee. Apparently, Jake told my husband that he could of helped me get a better rate, as to which my husband ask " Well where were you then, and why couldn't he? Cause if that's the case she would of stayed". And as I went to another dealership, apparently I was not actually locked in at the rate that Lee guaranteed me. Hmmm weird. Thankfully somewhere else took great care of me and I'm enjoying my new ride. Thanks iCar. More

Over and above Years ago I had a bad experience with icar ..recently I thought I would give it another try. Speaking of gentleman the reason I am taking my personal time to write a review is to thank Ross Gorrie. The story goes that my trucks brakes failed on me and I needed a replacement immediately. A quick online search determined that the preferable used cars were all to be found at icar. I was in a rush and upset and desperate for a reliable vehicle. Ross literally could have sold me anything at that point. Instead he was completely understanding and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to help me decide what I needed in a vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my new truck. I feel like a winner! Ross turned a stressful situation into a positive outcome. I was so impressed with him and his dedication to service. Great staff Everybody I met there was very friendly and easy to talk to. They were very understanding when it came to what I wanted in a vehicle, and they proved Everybody I met there was very friendly and easy to talk to. They were very understanding when it came to what I wanted in a vehicle, and they proved that by notifying me when new vehicles arrived in their inventory that they thought I would like. Overall experience was excellent, however the parking lot is very tight and unpaved at the moment. Not sure if they're supposed to be getting it paved or not, but hopefully they do eventually so there is less dust/dirt on and inside the cars. More
