I had never purchased a car before and was pretty scared that the salesmen would try to sell me something that I couldn't really afford or was not the right vehicle for me. My salesmen, Derek Pugh, proved me wrong. Not only did Derek help me find the right vehicle, he worked with financing to ensure that my payment was within the budget I set. He did not try to sell me anything above what I was comfortable paying for. He did not try and sell me a car that I didn't want. He showed me the very vehicle I came in to see. Derek knew what I needed and he knew how to help me. Derek was extremely professional and respectful. I actually felt like I was a friend instead of a customer or client. I also what to point out that even though I've already purchased the vehicle and have made two car payments already, Derek still takes my calls and assists me without hesitation. Not once did I get the impression that I'm just a paycheque. You can't get better service than that! This dealership is awesome and amazing. No matter what my vehicle decisions are in the future, you better believe that it will be iCAR that I deal with and I will gladly refer anyone to them :) Again major cudos to Derek! You are awesome! Experience with ICar Canada I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience that my family and I had with Icarcanada. We were casually looking for a used vehicle bu I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience that my family and I had with Icarcanada. We were casually looking for a used vehicle but wasn't interested in buying until this spring time. With that said we still took a vehicle out for a test drive just to kill some time. This started the ball rolling. Derek who is our sales rep was very friendly and from our point of view worked hard on our behalf to meet our needs. He is professional and willing to listen and take interest in what our daughter had to say. Yes there was a few hiccups along the way but we were not met with any resistance as Lee had addressed all our issues that was above what Derek could do. Arthur in finance did a great job and quickly had our approval done. All in all the majority of the people at Icarcanada made us feel like real people and not just a sale.
