The best experience ever! I received a call from iCar to trade in my car I had purchased from them 4 years ago and decided to go look. Derek immediately greeted my mother and I I received a call from iCar to trade in my car I had purchased from them 4 years ago and decided to go look. Derek immediately greeted my mother and I right at the door. He was extremely friendly and pleasant. He then helped me trade in the old car for a new car in my name instead of my mothers. I could not have asked for a better experience and it was all because of Derek. I was very hesitant buying a new car due to the fact that I am so young, I did not want to get pushed around but Derek did exactly the opposite. He helped me find the best possible car for my needs.
