I dealt with Wilson Yam, who has a very low key approach that makes the whole experience painless. If there were more sales people like Wilson I would probably buy a new car more often. When my Forester was available for pick up, Wilson spent the better part of an hour demonstrating how the various functions of the car worked. He even ensured that my phone was properly paired up with the car and was working, before I left. I had ordered a few extras, such as a block heater and winter floor mats and the car was prepared exactly as ordered.
