Best pricing right out of the gate, so no negotiation is required. Amazing after-sale services which are simply unseen. We stayed in touch after I leased a 2016 Legacy from him. I go to him for any car related issues and he's always available and happy to advise or help. Salesman aside, Stone is a good, honest guy who I fully trust. He lives nearby, my wife and kids all adore him. He took our Legacy to the dealership a few times for maintenance and repair (we got into a small car accident a couple of years ago). I'm sure he's extremely busy at the dealership given how good his sales are, but he's always around to help when we need him. So when it comes time for us to get a 7-seater, we went straight to Stone for the Ascent. We decided to keep the Legacy as a second car. Stone did not push us to get another Subaru as other sales people would do, but did get our Legacy cleaned and detailed inside out and gave us back a mint Legacy.
