He ask me what I was looking for which was the crosstrex and offered me another option the forester as I would be coming from a Jeep a Wrangler down to a car again. Plus with 2 kids I need the room for sports gear and long road trips. Went back with my sister so she could see my options and even took both for a test drive to make sure I was feeling how each drived. Our family hasn’t lots of tall people so we needed to make sure everyone had lots of room to fit in. We have decided to go with the Forester and not have to work on which trim to get. We will be back soon to close the deal. More

When you buy used you never really know what's wrong with the car until you've driven it around for a bit. I'm one of those women who doesn't know much about cars but I do know when something is off. Each time that happens I immediately call up the Dealership to have them look at it. I always ask to speak to Jeff because he's been honest and tells me how it is. It takes me about an hour to get there, but it's worth the drive to know he puts client's first and offers the best customer service experience that can be trusted each time. More

Problematic car on a first time visit! I brought in a used Subaru with a couple of suspected problems due to the previous owner. Jeff was happy to listen and was able to pass on the inform I brought in a used Subaru with a couple of suspected problems due to the previous owner. Jeff was happy to listen and was able to pass on the information to his Senior technicians and they went to work. It took a little while longer than initially thought, but the Senior Techs & Jeff made sure that the oil leak diagnosis & valve cover replacement was done properly and leak-free. While there was a bit of fault on the previous owner, the car's done a good amount of mileage since without so much of a peep out of the engine! 0 oil burning, 0 coolant issues. Buying a used turbo EJ25 can be a bit of a handful (advise a Leakdown & compression on all of them!), but Jeff helpfully assisted in troubleshooting, diagnosis and the repairs that were done on his advice have been perfect! Great Service @ Scarboro Subaru! More
