After full investigation and repair of my car, Peter highlighted me of the issues, although I really don't know technical car stuff, his explanation were very easy to understand. At the end the bonus part of his service was to ensure me that the cost of the repair was totally covered by the warranty... What a huge relief. Thanks Peter. More

From the moment we walked in the dealership we felt welcomed. There were many small details that made us feel important for instance, when we picked up the vehicle it was wrapped in a bow. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot and the dealer along with the manager were on the phone immediately trying to locate a the Kia that we wanted. They did find it and we were in possession in two days. An important issue for us was that we did not want to go through a "hard sell" situation and thankfully that did not happen.
