He took the time to answer all my endless questions and would point out any details he thought I may have over looked. Seth was patient and informative throughout the entire process and not once did I feel pressured to do or spend something that I did not want. After making the purchase Seth took the time and sat with me in the car going over everything and making sure that I was comfortable with my new car before leaving the lot. My experience with Scarboro Kia has overall been a great experience. Seth was awesome as a salesman. Unfortunately, we had a starter problem that developed with our used car within a few days of taking it home. Again, Seth was very helpful and the service was impecable. However, we would get the car home and it would drive okay but the problem was start again. Needless to say, Scarboro Kia seem to have figured out and fixed the problem. Through it all, Seth and the service department have been very good and we were given a courtesy vehicle or rental when necessary. I would highly recommend Scarboro Kia to anyone looking to buy new or used and would definitely recommend that they go straight to Seth. Seth rules!!!! More
