After visiting several local car dealerships, not quite sure what kind of car I wanted, I visited Scarboro Kia. I had always loved the Kia Soul and since I was in need of a new car (mine had died 5 times o sure what kind of car I wanted, I visited Scarboro Kia. I had always loved the Kia Soul and since I was in need of a new car (mine had died 5 times over), I though what the heck, I should check out the car I really want! I walked into Scarboro Kia expecting to be bombareded by salesmen or ignored compeltely (that's what had happend prior) but to my surprise I met friendly Peter and we went for a test drive. I was sold on the Soul, however I wasn't sure if I could afford this car. Peter introduced me to Rob and we sat down to sort out the details. Rob is in charge of financing. Not only did Rob find me the car I wanted (I wanted the vanilla shake color for my car & they didn't have it in house) he also got me financing I could afford and did everyting he could to make my first new car purchase as easy as possible. We went to Scarboro Kia because I had previous good experience with the owner's other associated dealerships selling Subaru and Suzuki cars. I fully intended to look at other makes of cars that compete experience with the owner's other associated dealerships selling Subaru and Suzuki cars. I fully intended to look at other makes of cars that compete directly with the Kia Soul, but my wife and I were so impressed with the car that we never looked at any other manufacturer's products. Part of that reason was that I had specific "Wants" that Scarboro Kia were able to satisfy regarding leather seats and after-market wheels, all of which were included in the 0% financing. We negotiated a price that was approved by Rob Woodward and included their Platinum Service package for the next 4 years at 30% discount. The whole sales procedure was handled by Seth Pahvlavan who never made us feel pressured in any way and actually insisted that I drive the car for longer so that he was satisfied that I was truly happy with the car. Very professional and pleasant sales person. Our experience since March 2011 with Servicing has been similarly excellent. I get phone calls and E-mails reminding us a Service is due. The only problem we've ever had with the car was a brake-light switch which was replaced in 20 minutes. They have even offered us a loaner car to use while the car is in the service bay instead of us waiting in their customer lounge area. When we have waited Seth and Rob always come and say, "Hi!". We always feel welcome. More

Worst experience over, with regards to both sales and service..now a brand new optima sx 2011 just over a month old is giving me problems that the dealer is completely denying and infact is bouncing me t service..now a brand new optima sx 2011 just over a month old is giving me problems that the dealer is completely denying and infact is bouncing me to other dealers as they have a laugh at it.
