My dealings with Peter and Tara in service is also a good and positive experience. I was referred to Seth, as my Rondo's lease was coming to an end. I was not sure what vehicle to go with next, or if I should lease or finance this time. He was very patient with me, and never did the 'salesman' pressure - it took me 3 visits to finally decide what I wanted and to figure out I would finance this time. He took care of the paperwork,noticed my licence was due for renewal,and even handled that for me! I was worried the returning of my leased car might involve some last minute money grab from the lease company - but Seth took care of that too! On the day I took ownership of my new Forte 5, all I did was hand over the keys to the old car, sign some papers, and away I went. A side note: always used Scarborough Kia for service of my Kia Rondo - Peter is tops! Always patient and explains all work very well. Any issues, he was quick to confirm it was under warrenty...and have to mention Tara - the firecracker of the service department! Knows her stuff and provides excellent customer service. Will see all when I bring the Forte 5 in for its first oil change. More

They provide a free loaner while my car is in for service and their appointment calendar is always flexible. I don't need to visit that often but Tara knows me by name and Peter by sight. The staff, Perry especially, was so helpful and friendly! I was a first time buyer and very nervous and they took the time to explain everything. He even hooked up my bluetooth! I found the overall experience to be very smooth and customer friendly. I love my new car it is AWESOME!! I am already planning the next one in five years!!
