We had been doing research on new 2013 SUVs. We went to see the Santa Fe, got their brochure and left it at that. On a Friday afternoon my wife and I went on the spur of the moment "just to look" at the 2013 Kia Sorento. We really liked what we saw. Seth came over to greet us and the rest was history! We now have a beautiful looking vehicle in our driveway. From beginning to end the service we received was impeccable. Seth is professional, knowlagable, patient and always available to help. Thanks to him we got exactly what we needed and wanted. He took care of all the details which made purchasing our Sorento "painless" and "hassle free" and best of all no sales pressure. We love our Sorento (which we have for less then a week now) and know without a doubt or worry that we will be well looked after for many years to come. He guided me through the process and informed me all about the car (even though I had done my research, he definitely knew his stuff as well) and really made the entire experience of purchasing a car easy. Most people would be worried about being scammed and paying a high price, not getting a good person helping them out, but with Seth I had no fears. Buying a car from him will be a no-brainer as long as I purchase Kia. More
We live in Aurora, and had been looking at the Kia Optima for close to a year now. After test driving the Optima last year at the Kia in Newmarket, we visited them again in person a few weeks ago. The quote we received seemed high at just a shade over $400 per month and we informed the Sales Rep to get back to us when they could figure out a way to get the monthly price down to $350 per month which was our target budget. We went home and researched the Optima pricing a little deeper on the Kia Canada website. A few days later we saw Scarboro Kia's ad in the Toronto Star, called, and were put through to Seth. We explained that we lived in Aurora, had visited another Kia dealership, and did not wish to waste his time or our own. We wanted the Kia Optima LX+, and we wanted it at $350 per month financed all in and had about $1300 to put down. Then shock of all shocks, Seth actually sent us a full disclosure pricing quote ... nothing hidden. He was able to get us down to the $350 target with a 60mo. financing and balloon payment at the end, however, we opted for the conservative 84 month full financing at $362 per month no balloon payment. It was so refreshing to be able to negotiate over the phone and email, when all too often the dealers still play their old school games trying to get you in, get your credit run, and sweat you out in their offices! Seth moved his schedule around to accommodate us, found us the colour we truly wanted (over 250 km away, had to be driven in), had a big bow on the car when we came to pick it up, insisted that he take pictures of us with the new car on our phone cameras before even starting the paperwork, and invested yet another 30 minutes showing us the car features AND syncing up my phone to the car bluetooth. At 47, I have bought my fair share of cars during my lifetime. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. My only disappointment is that I will not really be in a position to try out their servicing department as their dealership is too far away from us. Wherever you might live in Ontario, should you want to buy a Kia product (and you should), CALL SETH!!! He even sent us an email the next day to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. It may not be a large dealership, however, they are the right kind of dealership. More

We purchased a 2012 Rondo in the spring of 2012. Our salesman was Seth Pahlavan. He was not only professional but was very personable when we were making the decision to purchase our soon to be second salesman was Seth Pahlavan. He was not only professional but was very personable when we were making the decision to purchase our soon to be second KIA. Our first was a KIA Soul which was purchased in North Bay the city we were living in at the time. Seth was able to provide us with all the information that was required for us to feel confident with our latest purchase of the Rondo. I might add that at any time did we feel pressured by sale tactics etc. I was there this morning for my second servicing of my vehicle. I was greeted by friendly staff and the owner himself spoke to me while I was waiting for my vehicle to be done. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone. The vehicle I am driving now has thus far been reliable and I enjoy the smooth drive in the city as well as the safe comfortable drive on the highways. My husband and I are satisfied with our Rondo as well as the servicing of this vehicle. Seth goes well beyond and his friendly approach and professional and personal conduct is well appreciated. Something that is not seen at most dealerships. If reading this and not sure of the next vehicle you would like I would suggest at least go into the Scarborough KIA Dealership at 2594 Eglinton Ave E ask for Seth and see what he can do for you.
