I had the pleasure of dealing with Rob at Scarboro Kia. That far exceeds any script that could possibly be drafted. Rob possessed such in depth knowledge on all aspects of the vehicle I was looking for. Further he was able to accommodate all of our needs because he understood the vehicle so well. Possessing the spirit of a car enthusiast compounded with a most accommodating disposition made the entire transaction easy. Both my husband and I truly appreciated his authenticity. A rare trait in the industry at least in our experience. Such a surprise and pleasure especially after being at traditional luxury dealerships that claim to deliver this type of service and knowledge when actually our experience was that they rely not only on a script but stumbled to match our needs with a car. Today I drove off in a new 2013 Rio 5 door.....but before I was on my way...Perry took his time and explained in detail the perks of the vehicle from the air bags, under the hood, the sirus radio...the trunk the entire vehicle.... Perry was so efficient in also explaining the points card program, the warranty, road side assistance...he absoutley explained everything to me. I would recommend Perry and the Kia dealership at the Scarborough location to my friends..FOR SURE.... There should be more sales folks like Perry in the industry.. More

Everytime I bring my car back to this dealership, Peter or in this case Tara are spectacular. Even at 8 am in the morning they have a smile and a "genuine" feel to the way they interact with us (the custo or in this case Tara are spectacular.
