We purchased a 2014 Rondo from Kia Scarboro and we are extremely pleased. Ed Chau was by far the nicest sales person we have dealt with in a long time. We were considering a Rondo right from the start b extremely pleased. Ed Chau was by far the nicest sales person we have dealt with in a long time. We were considering a Rondo right from the start but when I tried it out thought it was too big for my comfort. Ed was appreciative of my concerns and did not pressure me in any way to continue to try it out. We moved to a Soul and I just loved it. He was very patient and gave a price quote and we said we would sleep on it and get back to him. Within the hour we phoned him back and said we would like to try the Rondo and take it for a test drive, again he was most patient. The next day we met with Ed took the rondo out and he explained all the features to us in detail, gave us a great price, exactly what we wanted to pay for a new vehicle and we purchased it that night! Our experience at time of pick up was superb, Ed was fantastic and again took the time and patience to explain all the features to us. The day we picked it up we were in the middle of a storm and Ed accommodated us by bringing the Rondo in the garage so we could go over the vehicle, what more could you ask from a sales person, but he outdid himself by shovelling a clear path for us to leave in our new 2014 Rondo!!! The whole experience from start to driving off the lot was excellent. The showroom has lots of vehicles to look at, everyone greeted us with a cheery hello, and coffee was available for us, which certainly was welcoming during a storm. I was searching for KIA Soul 13/14 on the internet, completed a form online and got a call from Perry. He as very professional and honest and immediately gained my trust over the phone. He arranged two test vehicles for me to compare and ensured all was ready to go when I arrived. He understood I was early in the process of getting research and base pricing, he followed up and stayed in contact over the next 3 months without any pressure. When it came time to purchase Perry was excellent to work with. He worked hard to get me a great deal and did not play any games or tricks, it was like dealing with a relative. My local KIA dealership could not match the price and even if they could I did not have that same feeling that I received from Perry. There was never any doubt that purchasing with them was best. As the final sale moves from the sales rep to the finance officer we dealt with Rob W. Again a super professional and friendly person who did not try to push us into anything, he informed us of our options and made the transaction a very simple process. I am very impressed with this dealership and would continue to drive 25 min out of my way to use their services.
