Here's the big problem: I've taken, first my Subaru, then 10 years of Suzuki to Scarboro Subaru/Suzuki since 2000. That's 14 years of great service. So, after the 10 year old Suzuki got rear-ended in the snowstorm, I went next door to Scaroboro Kia and found a used Kia Soul (manual tranny) to replace the old car. I'd been looking around in the past for a new car but didn't want to change dealers given such a longterm good relationship. When I take my car in for a specific time, these people take it in for service on time. They let you know how long it will take to do the servicing and they are totally reliable. They've never ripped me off, or told me some rubbish or pretended they've 'fixed' it only to end up having to go back again because the problem is still there. That happened at another Subaru dealership and I got fed up and found Scarboro Subaru. I've never looked back. I was actually dreading the day I'd end up having to buy a new car someplace else. I know it is difficult to find this sort of service. Scarboro Kia is also owned by the Vigliatore group. Over the years I've gotten to know these people and quite frankly I like them as people and as business owners. They are personable and show an interest in their individual customers. Tania is a great sales person. She made sure that everything was handled to my satisfaction. If I had any questions or concerns, I'd email and she'd respond promptly. She told me she's worked at Scaroboro KIA for 14 years. She knows her stuff and is very helpful. Here's to many more happy years as a customer of Scarboro KIA/Subaru. What a relief! More

We went to the dealership the next day to complete the paper work, and Ken gave us great advice on everything, including which car mat would work the best for my new car, where to get them. He did not force us to purchase any additional packages, but gave us time to think it through after we go home. We felt that both Perry and Ken treated us like their friends and tried to do the best for us, not just for the dealership. This has been the best car buying experience that I`ve ever had. When we pick up the car, Perry again gave me the most comprehensive handover briefing that I have ever had... telling me about all the features on my new car, and even set up my bluetooth to sync up my phone for me. I definitely will recommend Scarboro Kia to my friends and neighbours. More
