So, we found ourself in quite a predicament - what the heck do we do?! We checked out Kia.ca right away because we knew that if we were going to get another car it had to be affordable yet incredibly functional. We went to the dealership and were greeted by Tania Lysko, who is so friendly and was so understanding of our situation. We brought a baby seat with us to try in various Kia vehicles and found that the 2014 Rondo was the best choice for our budding family. Tania made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase and the whole experience was easy and painless. When we went to pick up our vehicle, it was waiting and ready with a big bow on it and Tania took the time to go through all of the paperwork, set up the radio, Bluetooth and walked us through the awesome gadgets that make driving a Kia so awesome. Compared to the overly popular dealership where we bought our first car, this experience was a dream, we didn't feel rushed or unimportant by Tania at anytime. Each and every time without fail, as soon as I sat down with a rep, it was full court press. Worksheets, phone numbers, trade-ins... I just wanted to chat about the vehicles and current promotions. I even had one guy (not Kia) send me home to check car pricing online! xxx! Ed was the only of about 5-6 reps that didn't push, didn't pressure. Each and every time the conversation was exactly that, a conversation. Only when I was ready to go, did he bust out the pen and paper. Ed was very helpful and very responsive (both email and phone). He usually called or emailed back within a couple of hours. I would recommend both Ed Chau and Scarboro Kia. In fact, tell them I sent you. More

My wife picked the Kia Soul and we approached Raj for more information on the car, Raj answered all our questions and concerns about the vehicle. Mr Dey was very courteous and his professional manner made us feel very comfortable dealing with him. Raj didn't pressure us with any fancy sales tactics to buy the vehicle, he went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed to make a decision on the car. We bought the Kia Soul, our first new car as a family and we would like to thank Raj Dey for making it happened for us. From the moment I walked into the dealership at Scarboro Kia I was greeted with warm friendly smiles. I was introduced to Raj Dey, who very patiently answered and addressed all of my questions (and I had many as this was my 1st purchase). He was friendly and funny but more importantly he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough and detailed. Not once did I feel pressured, overwhelmed or that he was just trying to push and sell. He provided me with several options and never leaned or hinted towards one or the other, leaving the decision up to me to make. He was not pushy, he was friendly, he was not aggressive, he was patient and went above and beyond to show me every option available to me. When I finally made my purchase, Raj went through every single minute detail of the car with me and not once did I feel rushed even though the floor was packed with new potential sales and customers.
