After test driving the Rondo at another dealership and deciding that it was the right car for my family, I contacted several area dealerships asking for their best possible price on the exact model I was looking for. Perry responded quickly with an amazing price and a very fair trade-in valuation right out of the gate, while most other dealerships made vague promises and took several correspondences to get anywhere near the price that I was getting from Perry. This coupled with Kia's very attractive rebates and financing plans, and the deal being sweetened with a few complimentary extras made this purchase a no-brainer. I never once felt pressured into any unnecessary extras or up-sells, and Perry recognized instantly that I had done my research, knew what I wanted, and had little interest in anything other than getting the best deal I could get on the car and trim that I wanted. Email communication was efficient and thoroughly professional, and Perry was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. As for the car, it's my first Kia, but thus far I am thoroughly pleased with my decision. Great value for a pretty loaded base trim vehicle that suits my family's needs to a 'T'. I just picked up our brand new 2014 Kia Optima SX Turbo tha In my 41 years on this earth I have never had a positive car buying experience until now. I just picked up our brand new 2014 Kia Optima SX Turbo that I purchased from Tania Lysko. I started emailing her at the end of January when we first started looking at cars. Tania was the consummate professional in always getting back to my very promptly. I live 1 hr and 15 min away from this dealership but I got the best price from them and had the best customer experience from them. No hard sell whatsoever. I kept expecting something out of left field that would make this a bad car buying experience and it didn't happen. I asked for a car with as little kilometres as possible and she listened to me and our's had 18km when we picked it up. I can't express enough how wonderful Tania was to us. I initially wanted to buy locally but they would not budge on their price whatsoever. Tania gave me a very fair price right from the start. In and out with a new car I arrived at Scarboro Kia with the intention of test driving a Kia Rio5 and was met by the very friendly Raj Dey who immediately made that happen. We I arrived at Scarboro Kia with the intention of test driving a Kia Rio5 and was met by the very friendly Raj Dey who immediately made that happen. We were in the car in less than ten minutes, driving towards the 401 to test the car's handling on both city streets and the highway. Raj was informative (explaining all of the car's particular features while accentuating what he correctly perceived to be of interest to me - speed and handling). As we returned to the dealership, my eye caught the alien green Kia Soul in the showroom. This was a car my partner had tried to convince me to consider but (thinking of the older boxier model) I avoided it. There was something about this particular colour and model that drew me in and Raj seemed to sense my interest, arranging a test drive of a similar Soul. From that point on, my focus became this vehicle and Raj played it perfectly. He wasn't pushy but gauged my concerns, gave me the best price possible and threw in some perks to sweeten the deal. A couple days later, after answering all of my last questions, he introduced me to Bob (a proud fellow Soul owner) who arranged for the financing I wanted as part of the deal. Upon acceptance, the car was mine! Raj's excitement was infectious and his subsequent follow ups to see if all was well were more than appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend either Raj or Bob to anyone. They exemplify what the experience of buying a new car should be. Thanks guys! I love the new car! More
