Informative, Friendly, and Patient! I recently purchased a Kia Rio Sx from the Scarboro Kia Dealership. As a first time car buyer I was nervous about going to a dealership and having to I recently purchased a Kia Rio Sx from the Scarboro Kia Dealership. As a first time car buyer I was nervous about going to a dealership and having to deal with pushy sales people. THANKFULLY that was not the case at all! On my first visit I was promptly acknowledged by Raj Dey. I had gone in with a few questions about the forte and the Rio. Raj was very informative and took the time to apply my needs to the best vehicle options for me. He was very friendly and allowed me to ask about a million questions while also taking the time to show me the features on each of the vehicles. One of my friends purchased a Optima at the dealership and Raj helped her as well. At the end of my first visit he gave me the break down of the two models we had agreed were better suited for me and told me to just give him a call anytime if i had any more questions or wanted to set up a test drive. He was very patient and friendly. On my second visit I had made a decision that I wanted to go with the Rio, I showed up at the dealership, Raj greeted me by name (which i found impressive) and I asked to go for a test drive. He grabbed the keys and off we went. While I was driving he explained the driving stability and safety features. Upon our return we went over which features were important to me etc and submitted the paperwork. Raj ensured my new car was brought in and prepared in a timely manner and called me with updates to keep me in the loop. When I went to pick up the car Raj took me through the dealership and introduced me to the service department and showed me what accessories I could get for my car. He also took me through all the features in the car and explained my maintenance schedule. I really appreciated how patient and thorough Raj was when explaining features to me. It was a friendly and comfortable environment and I would suggest anyone looking for a car visit Scarboro Kia. More

Tania, our sales person, took the time to go over each vehicle's features that we were interested in and we went for a test drive in the Rondo. We liked the car and decided to purchase it that day. Tania and Domenic were very friendly and professional, and we did not feel pressured to make the purchase. When we picked up our new car, Tania went over the car's features in more detail and set up the Bluetooth and the radio pre-sets for us. We're not sure if we paid the best (lowest) price for the Rondo but we're satisfied that we received a fair deal. More

He went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, colour and trim, in less than a week. Could not ask for better Our experience with Scarboro Kia was stellar. The process was quick seamless and transparent . We were more than impressed with the customer service. Raj was in constant contact with us; guiding, informing and sometimes just to touch base. Upon arriving to pick up the car, Raj had purchased a new sticker for the license plate so now I don't have to worry about that. We were given a full orientation on the car and our phones were synced with the bluetooth feature to save us the trouble of having to figure it out.. We were sent off with a complimentary full tank of gas. As a special promotion, we chose the free 50" LG TV. It was already placed in the back of the car when we arrived for pick up as well as the car was out and parked ready for departure. The dealership was very well organized and the staff were very personable and friendly. Although apprehensive in the beginning (just because car dealerships don't have the best of reputations for obvious reasons) Raj quickly proved he was trustworthy and so we felt very comfortable working with him.He was also very detailed in providing info on paperwork to be done, all the while, making the process quick and painless. We would most definitely recommend this dealership and recommend Raj in particular. Thank you Scarboro Kia and THANK YOU RAJ, we love our new Sportage!! More

Raj was knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get me the car that I wanted, in a way that I could manage, with the best interest rate possible. Everything about the car I purchased was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed, and filled with gas before we pulled off the lot. We were given information for contacting the dealership in case of questions or problems, as well as had our first maintenance appointment scheduled. he also took the time to sit with in the car and go over all the features that came with this purchase, which you don't see happening very often from a sales person. Thank you Raj for going over the features , i felt so comfortable driving as if I was already an expert knowing what to do while driving be it the music or taking a phone call on my new Bluetooth media system. All in all, it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car, and now I have a car I can count on to transport my family on a daily basis. More
