I fell in love with the showroom car but he was such a wonderful guy that he provided pricing for the same car with fewer bells and whistles but didn't sway my decision in any way. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the whole process of buying a new car. Rob Woodward was also fantastic to work with and made the financial process a breeze. More

Previous week to buy my Kia Rio, my old car completely died and I was dreading the I would reccommend this dealership to anyone in need of a car. Previous week to buy my Kia Rio, my old car completely died and I was dreading the path that laid in front of me. I only had to look for a day as when I arrived at Kia early Saturday afternoon that wasmy final stop. I was assisted by Raj Dey who was great in helping with my new car. When taking it out for a test drive showed me all the neat things that came with the (as well as the pick up). I am student full time, as well a I work full time needing a dependent car not to pricey is what I was looking for. The new 2015 Rio is definetly a good choice as I am now not interfering to much with my current budget. Rob was also awesome because I was in need of it fast on the road I was able to have great conversation while my mom got my plates to be on the road by Monday. I was only out of a car for a weekend and now I am back to my regular life of craziness. This guys were awesome my dad even loved the deal. It very daddy approved :) More

We met with Perry Phetvongkam, who was not only friendly but extremely honest and up front with us...something that is very rare these days. Perry did an excellent job explaining all aspects of our purchase to us, always made himself available no matter the time or day and was extremely accommodating in every aspect. If you are going to purchase a Kia (and I highly recommend you do, I LOVE my RIO!), do yourself a favor and purchase your vehicle from Scarboro Kia. Not once was either one pressuring me throughout the entire process, but rather was more concerned with addressing my vehicle needs and budget - something that is very rare to find in a vehicle dealership these days. I have also had the opportunity to work with Peter and Tara in the service department. I have received nothing but excellent care and service for my first KIA. Love My Forte5 Turbo! My sales associate Ed Chau was very helpful in helping me choose a vehicle. I came back in the afternoon with my wife to check out ingress/egress of the car as wife is disabled and has some difficulty getting in/out of some cars. She stated that she was comfortable with the FORTE5 so I purchased car on the spot. When time came to pick up car, Ed came and drove me to dealership and explained all the controls and features on the car. This was my first import purchase so I did a lot of research on both cars and dealerships. I am glad I picked SCARBORO KIA for my first import purchase. I would recommend SCARBORO KIA and Ed to those looking to buy a KIA. More
