The body collapsed so incredibly well that (even thought the air bag deployed) I barely fell into it. The front end too all of the impact! Amazingly safe! I lost my Dad last year and the thought of not having him here during the whole process was sad in so many ways. I mentioned this to Rob and he was both understanding and did everything he could to make my car purchase a wonderful experience. Rob was simply AMAZING - on ALL levels. He happily handed me over the keys for my test drive. There was no push for me to make a quick decision and he did everything he could to get me the car I really wanted in the colour I desired. The pricing was honest -and thus eliminated further stress and anxiety. Rob was JUST as excited as I was to be getting a new KIA. His passion for KIA, his high level of professionalism and kindness made, what was a very emotional purchase a complete joy in the end. It was very difficult drive that night to the dealership without my Dad. When I pulled into the parking lot of the Scarboro KIA my car was parked right out front with a HUGE GREEN BOW ON IT ! I was not pressured in any way so I felt very much at ease visiting the dealership. The day that I decided to go ahead and sign the contract to purchase was Tania's off day. But Tania made arrangements to have her son looked after and came into the dealership to take care of the details involved in my purchase.
