He took the time to explain the details about the vehicles, their features, the current promotion and payment options. It was a toss up between the Rondo and the Sportage in many ways, but Perry and Rob made the Rondo so attractive from a practical and purchase scenario, that we went with the Rondo. Rob spent a lot of time with us, going over financial details and warranty concerns. He was very helpful and informative. These guys know their stuff! When I came to pick up the vehicle, Perry took the time to introduce me to the staff at Kia, including the owner Domenic. I found everyone to be very friendly.
