2019 lariat Dealing with Jack Carr was a great experience. Dealing with the finance side was not so great, I left msg with Christa, no return call and called back twice but no answer so I got the info needed from Jack. When we went to do the finance for the lariat that we now have I told her I left a msg and she didn't return my call, all she said was she was to busy!! Not good customer relations. Took my credit down 14 points I went in with a co-signer to buy a car. The whole ordeal was excruciating - I was told after 4 long days of back-and-forth that I did not qualify, bu I went in with a co-signer to buy a car. The whole ordeal was excruciating - I was told after 4 long days of back-and-forth that I did not qualify, but this was not before they ran my credit and bounced it off 4 different banks at different times. This lowered my already low credit by 14 points. After leaving this joke of an establishment I was sitting behind the wheel of a new vehicle of the same price at another Ford an afternoon later. They were not willing to work with me on anything, and were ultimately not able to think outside the box to both get my business, and help me get into a car. Awful, impersonal service - while also being reckless with my personal credit. More
