Took my credit down 14 points I went in with a co-signer to buy a car. The whole ordeal was excruciating - I was told after 4 long days of back-and-forth that I did not qualify, bu I went in with a co-signer to buy a car. The whole ordeal was excruciating - I was told after 4 long days of back-and-forth that I did not qualify, but this was not before they ran my credit and bounced it off 4 different banks at different times. This lowered my already low credit by 14 points. After leaving this joke of an establishment I was sitting behind the wheel of a new vehicle of the same price at another Ford an afternoon later. They were not willing to work with me on anything, and were ultimately not able to think outside the box to both get my business, and help me get into a car. Awful, impersonal service - while also being reckless with my personal credit. More

They took me through what had been done and advised as to the condition of the various components of my vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with both the appointment person and the service people at the service desk. I would not hesitate to recommend the service at Riverview Lincoln Ford dealership on Hanwell Road. More
2 vehicles in 15 months I purchased a new Escape last year. Two PTU problems in 9 month period. A heating problem within the first month. Uneven tire wear. Radio cut out without warning and the phone connection process was terrible. As a Ford man, we took this vehicle back after 15 months with the intent of trading it in for a Edge. This was an event in itself. They tried to sell us a vehicle that had a cracked windshield. When my wife and I turned that down, they went out of thier way to find us a vehicle. When it showed up this morning, there was a small dent near the handle which the assured would be fixed the following day. When closing up the vehicle for the evening, my wife noticed that the door with the "small" dent would not close. It had to be slammed. We have had the vehicle for less than 12 hours and will be returning it in the morning. I believe everything they have turned a lifelong Ford man off. More

Great Service from Sales Team Had my first experience with the service department and was very impressed. Arriving with two small children a sales rep came right down and brought us up stairs, and gave the kids drinks and put on cartoons for them and even offered if we wanted anything while he was out. Before he left went down to see if my vehicle was ready. Service was quick in and out in 25 minutes. Service like that goes a long way. Thanks More

Service Center Fiasco 2016 MKC, back up camera wasn't working, took it in 3 times until it was finally replaced. Block heater recall, was called in to have it fixed, when we get there they don't have the part, second time they have the part, loaner vehicle they gave my wife had no gas in it so she had to put 5 dollars in to get home and back. Cleaned vehicle shortly after and noticed two scratched and a small dent in around license plate, advised service manager that the damage was probably done in their shop while working on camera, same area. We were advised to put it through insurance somebody backed into it, chance that it could have been damaged just about zero unless it was a low flying drone, area is concave and no other adjacent signs of damage, love the MKC, service department is a joke!! More
