Great Service from Sales Team Had my first experience with the service department and was very impressed. Arriving with two small children a sales rep came right down and brought us up stairs, and gave the kids drinks and put on cartoons for them and even offered if we wanted anything while he was out. Before he left went down to see if my vehicle was ready. Service was quick in and out in 25 minutes. Service like that goes a long way. Thanks More

Service Center Fiasco 2016 MKC, back up camera wasn't working, took it in 3 times until it was finally replaced. Block heater recall, was called in to have it fixed, when w 2016 MKC, back up camera wasn't working, took it in 3 times until it was finally replaced. Block heater recall, was called in to have it fixed, when we get there they don't have the part, second time they have the part, loaner vehicle they gave my wife had no gas in it so she had to put 5 dollars in to get home and back. Cleaned vehicle shortly after and noticed two scratched and a small dent in around license plate, advised service manager that the damage was probably done in their shop while working on camera, same area. We were advised to put it through insurance somebody backed into it, chance that it could have been damaged just about zero unless it was a low flying drone, area is concave and no other adjacent signs of damage, love the MKC, service department is a joke!! More
Will do what it takes to make it right When I bought my Focus a few years ago, I had looked at several used models. When I picked up my car, I realized that it did not have cruise control, When I bought my Focus a few years ago, I had looked at several used models. When I picked up my car, I realized that it did not have cruise control, which I had told the salesman was important to me. I was less than pleased, however they offered to refund my money, or install cruise control for free - which they did. While the error was partly mine, they came good for it and definitely have my loyalty for life. I am always greeted like they are happy to see me and appreciate my business, which can not be said for all dealerships. Thank you Riverview for taking such good care of my care. More

Simple MVI on a Ford Ranger turned out to be over a $800.00. 3-1/2 hours, $382.95 labour to replace rear rotors and a ball joint on a vehicle that onl Simple MVI on a Ford Ranger turned out to be over a $800.00. 3-1/2 hours, $382.95 labour to replace rear rotors and a ball joint on a vehicle that only had 48,000KM on it. $150 worth of parts, local cost, were billed at $536.96. The total cost for this was $877.39. You can have the same work done for less than $500.00 at any service depot in Fredericton. Please check before you give this shop your hard earned money!! I do not recommend them at all, stay away. More
