2019 lariat Dealing with Jack Carr was a great experience. Dealing with the finance side was not so great, I left msg with Christa, no return call and called back twice but no answer so I got the info needed from Jack. When we went to do the finance for the lariat that we now have I told her I left a msg and she didn't return my call, all she said was she was to busy!! Not good customer relations.
