😇Excellent sales personnel Tom I I have to say that I have never been greeted by any other dealership as we were the moment we drove onto the parking lot, let me mention that there wa I have to say that I have never been greeted by any other dealership as we were the moment we drove onto the parking lot, let me mention that there was more than one time that we pulled in and each time we were greeted the same way. This was a very stressful time for my wife as she was not wanting to purchase a new used vehicle. The friendly staff went above and beyond. The dealership was very clean and all of the staff had a job to do and did it very well. Tom listened to what we were looking for in our next vehicle and then had a couple of vehicles for us to look at. We had the opportunity to look through and test drive the vehicles that we were in interested in. Tom worked very hard to please us, especially my wife who was harder to deal with. Tom continually went back and forth trying to get us the best deal with the greatest options. And when we walked out of the dealership without any purchase agreement we could tell that Tom still wanted to work his hardest to find us the perfect vehicle. Tom followed through and called us the next day. A few days later we showed up at the dealership unannounced and was greeted by Tom as if we had been best buddies. Again Tom worked his hardest to get us what we thought was a great deal. Later that day we signed the papers and brought home our new used vehicle. It was so nice to be treated fairly by a salesperson who we believe was truly working in his customers best interest. We have not stopped telling our friends about the sales experience we had with Tom. More
